I offer court-accepted DUI and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) evaluations for individuals involved in the Idaho court system.
I am an IDAPA 16.07.17.200–certified, court-approved assessor, and all evaluations are completed in full compliance with Idaho Misdemeanor Criminal Rule 9.4 (IMCR 9.4) Alcohol-Drug Evaluation Report requirements. Reports are prepared in the proper format for submission to Idaho courts and attorneys.

A short-notice evaluation is available for individuals who require a court-approved DUI / Alcohol-Drug evaluation to be completed within 24 hours. This service includes expedited scheduling, assessment, and report preparation. A $50 short-notice fee applies in addition to the standard evaluation cost.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward the total evaluation fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.
If you require a court-approved evaluation to be completed within a shortened timeframe, a short-notice option (within 24 hours) is available and includes an additional $50 rush fee, subject to availability.
Fees & Scheduling
A court-approved DUI / Alcohol-Drug evaluation conducted in compliance with Idaho Misdemeanor Criminal Rule 9.4 (IMCR 9.4). Catharsis Mental Health is operated by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing court-approved DUI and substance use disorder evaluations in the state of Idaho.
All evaluations are conducted in compliance with applicable Idaho statutes and court rules, including IMCR 9.4 requirements. Services are provided in a neutral, independent capacity and are not affiliated with treatment programs or referral incentives.y.
